Ingredients
1 cup boiled black beans
1 cup cauliflower
1cup carrot sticks
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup of water
1 red onion sliced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon garammasla
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tomatoes
½ bunch of coriander chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Fry the red onion until browned, add the spices and toast for a minute or so.
Step 2: Add the tomatoes and the tomato paste allow to cook for 5 min until they for a thick sauce
Step 3: Add black beans and coat evenly.
Step 4: Add 1 ½ cups of water and add the rest of the vegetables in the water.
Step 5: Boil down until consistency is thickened, once ready turn off heat.
Step 6: Add coriander and serve hot.
