Step 1: In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together
Step 2: Create a well and add the water and mix thoroughly ensuring most lumps are gone
Step 3: add the garlic, ginger and coriander and mix before adding the sliced potatoes
Step 4: Heat 6 cups of cooking oil and once hot add the potatoes from the batter and allow to fry until golden.
Step 5: Serve hot with kachumbari sauce.
