Step 1: FOR STEAMING
Step 2: Boil the water and salt
Step 3: Add the Managu after washing and draining them.
Step 4: Allow to steam for 12 minutes.
Step 5: Remove them from the water and cool(shock) in ice cold water.
Step 6: After cooling, remove the excess water by squeezing the managu into balls with your hands.
Step 7: Slice each ball 3 times.
Step 8: In a separate pot heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the beef until browned
Step 9: Fry the onions until translucent.
Step 10: Add the garlic and fry further for 2 minutes.
Step 11: Add the tomato seeds and allow to cook down.
Step 12: Add the managu and allow excess liquid to evaporate and everything is combined
Step 13: Serve Hot with Ugali.
