Ingredients

½ kg beef, beef cubed
2 carrots roughly cut
1 onion sliced
¼ bunch of coriander roughly chopped
3 potatoes cubed
3 garlic cloves
1 green chili
3 cups of water

Instructions

Step 1: Place all the ingredients minus the potatoes in a pot and allow to boil for an hour until beef is tender.
Step 2: Add potatoes and allow to cook further for another 20 – 30 min until potatoes are cooked through.
Step 3: Serve Hot.
