Instructions

Step 1: In a pan fry the beef until it has browned, add onion and fry further until translucent.
Step 2: Finely chop the sukuma wiki and add it to the beef and allow to cook until wilted, add 2 pinches of salt and cook further for a minute or two.
Step 3: Finely chop the coriander and add it to the mix
Step 4: Serve hot with Ugali.
