Instructions

Step 1: Through a strainer mash 3 bananas and pass through until fine paste is achieved, add the flour, sugar and water and mix thoroughly
Step 2: The batter will have lumps, pass through the same strainer and use a ladle and pour a spoon at a time and fry each side until a golden brown consistency is achieved
Step 3: After all pancakes are ready, take last banana and cut into quarters or halves
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of water allow to melt
Step 5: Caramelize slightly add the cut banana and allow to caramelize evenly
Step 6: Serve the bananas atop of the pancakes
