Instructions

Step 1: Incorporate all your wety ingredients with the mashed bananas, mix your dry ingredients together, create a well in the centre.
Step 2: Add your wet ingredients into the well and mix from the inside mixing outrwards, until smooth.
Step 3: Pour into a greased baking tray or a silicone mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 35 minutes.
Step 4: Remove and allow to rest and cool. Serve chilled.
