Instructions

Step 1: In a pan heat sesame oil and fry the onions until browning begins.
Step 2: Add the garlic and ginger and the cup of mushrooms and cook down until browned
Step 3: Add rice and toss evenly until rice is heated through
Step 4: Add the 2 eggs and the soy sauce and mix until rice is sticky
Step 5: Add chopped coriander and mix evenly
